It is very important to keep your mobile number updated in the Annadata Sukhibhava portal. Your registered mobile number is used to receive OTPs, payment alerts, and important updates from the government.
When should you change your mobile number?
- If you have lost your old SIM card.
- If you are using a new mobile number permanently.
- If the current number registered is not linked to your Aadhaar.
Steps to Update Your Mobile Number Online
1. Login to the Official Portal Visit https://annadathasukhibhava.ap.gov.in and log in using your Aadhaar number or current registered mobile number.
2. Go to Profile Settings Once you are logged in to your farmer dashboard, look for the “Update Profile” or “Edit Farmer Details” section.
3. Select Change Mobile Number Click on the option that says “Update Mobile Number” or “Change Phone Number.”
4. Enter New Mobile Number Input your new 10-digit mobile number. Make sure this number is active and with you.
5. OTP Verification
- Click on “Send OTP.”
- You will receive a 6-digit code on your new mobile number.
- Enter the code in the box and click “Verify.”
6. Save Changes After verification, click on the “Submit” or “Update” button. You will see a success message saying “Mobile Number Updated Successfully.”
Update via Raithu Seva Kendram (Offline Method)
If you are unable to change your number online or do not have access to your old account, you can do it offline:
- Visit your nearest Raithu Seva Kendram (RSK) or Grama Sachivalayam.
- Carry your Aadhaar Card and your new mobile phone.
- The officer will perform a biometric (fingerprint) authentication and update your new number in the system immediately.
Important Points to Remember
- Aadhaar Link: It is best if your new mobile number is also linked to your Aadhaar card.
- One Number, One Farmer: Use a unique mobile number for your registration. Avoid using the same number for multiple farmer IDs if possible.
- Confirmation SMS: After the update, you will receive a confirmation SMS on your new number.
